I ran into a fun one where I changed the subnet for my entire network and it completely borked my UNVR. All Unifi cameras and the AI Port showed offline.
I removed the AI Port thinking I would just need to re-adopt it, but it never came back.
A long rabbit hole later, I logged into one of the offline cameras and saw that the "Unifi Protect Server" field was blank so I updated it to the dns for my UNVR (I later found out it should be the IP of the UNVR) The cameras all came back online but I still had the AI Port to deal with and it wouldn't even show up for adoption.
Hitting the URL for the Unifi UP-AI-Port, I could see the login but the usual ubnt/ubnt after a factory reset wouldn't work.
I looked online for a quick solution and... nothing.
Finally, I typed the right prompt because the Google AI told me "Newer devices post 2018 are different"
So Default login:
AI Port = ui/ui
Cameras = ubnt/ubnt (Up to G5 at least) Newer cameras might use ui/ui
If they're adopted, use ai/[recovery pass] and ubnt/[recovery pass]
I ran across this site way too late. It has login info for pretty much all Unifi equipment:

Hope this helps someone save some time.
